Welcome to Randall House! In 1879, an Englishman named John C. Woolley laid his money and a dream on a piece of land known as “The Gardens” of a prominent estate. With his 99-year lease at the sum of $45.00 per year, he built a home on Randall Street. Mr. Woolley went on to become a successful musician. Discover Annapolis, “America’s Sailing Capital” from a boat tour, by way of a Horse Drawn Carriage, airplane, or by bike on jewel-like Quiet Waters Park which provides a 336-acre haven for waterfowl, eagles, pileated woodpeckers, great horned owls, bluebirds, foxes, and deer -- a perfect tranquil loop.
